This application updates mobile location to any OpenGTS server using gprmc protocol string via web url. This application uses phone's GPS feature to obtain location and GPRS feature to update location to any OpenGTS server. Note that GPRS / Data connection may cost you as per your service provider plans. You can get account id and device id by emailing support@ghewareunigps.
