Notification Dialer

Notification Dialer enables you to directly make phone calls even when the phone is in lock screen. New feature: Turn the flashlight on/off from the lock screen as well (Camera permission is required to control the flashlight). A dedicated check-box for enabling this button is available in the application main view.
