Play a Tic Tac Toe game in each of the 9 squares of a regular Tic Tac Toe game. Control which mini board your opponent must play in next. You win the game when you have claimed 3 mini boards in a row. Outwit your opponent by planning many moves ahead, and block them at their moment of victory. What are you willing to sacrifice to win?
