There has been a major prison break and the criminals are on the run! A lot of criminals are on the loose and the police force cannot handle it anymore. This prison break is so huge that the US Army needs to contain the situation and take the robbers back to jail. These robbers have stolen some cute cartoony cars and are on the run trying to escape.
