Torsion HPC

The Torsion HPC calculates the torsion stress and angle of twist for a solid bar. The user can modify the cross section and specify both the shear modulus (G) and the applied torque. The torsion stress is calculated using classical finite element method at the engineering HPC (High Performance Computing) cluster at the University of Oklahoma.
