This app is for finding maximum range for detecting a target using the Radar Range Equation for a pulsed radar when the user enters the operating frequency of the radar in GHz, the antenna gain in dB, the transmitter power in kW the target cross section area in m^2 and the minimum detectable signal Pmin in dBm. As an example, enter 10, 28, 2, 12 and -90.
