Cerner Instanote for phone and tablet is an easy-to-use application for the physician to dictate a note. Instanote automatically transcribes the text and allows the physician to sign their note from an Android device. Cerner Instanote requires your organization to have a valid license and be on release 2012. 01 or higher.
