Welcome to New Panda Ballymena. Seventeen years ago, Alan Fung, a Master Chef from Hong Kong emigrated to Northern Ireland with a dream. He had a vision to share his experience, expertise and knowledge of preparing Asian food. His Ballymena restaurant gave him the opportunity to share his talent and passion for cooking first class Chinese dishes.
