Health Report Migration Tool

Procedure. Step 1. Launch this app and create CSV file by tapping one of the buttons. A file will be created under the folder "SD card/HealthReport/CSV". Step 2. Launch "Health Report" app and load csv file using "Settings - Data Manage - Load CSV". That's all! CSV files created by this app can be transferred to PC and can be modified using spreadsheet application like EXCEL.
