Thank you for taking further interest in our academy. Shire Oak is an 11 to 18 comprehensive academy. In September 2003 we received designation as a specialist science college. In April 2011, our school became a converter academy. We have over 1450 students on roll. The academy enjoys an enviable reputation in the local area and has been oversubscribed for many years.
