Internal App. Public Safety is a top priority for the City of Folsom. The City's Police Department traces its roots to 1950, shortly after the city incorporated. Today the department has a staff of 110, including officers and support staff. Together they are responsible for the protection and safety of Folsom's 70000 residents and many visitors.
